Your Privacy Choices

1. Transparency in Data Sharing

At Atlas Data Storage, Inc, we use a limited suite of industry-standard tools, specifically Google Analytics, HubSpot, and HotJar, to help us understand how visitors interact with our site and to manage our communications with potential partners.

While we do not sell your personal data for money, the use of these tools for analytics and marketing may be considered “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights

Because we are in an early stage of development, we do not yet feature an automated cookie management dashboard. However, you can exercise your right to opt-out of data sharing through the following manual methods:

• Manual Opt-Out Request: You may email us at privacy@atlasds.com with the subject line “Opt-Out of Sharing.” Upon receipt, we will manually flag your record in HubSpot to ensure your data is not used for cross-contextual advertising and will provide instructions on how we can help you clear your local analytical identifiers.
• Browser-Level Controls: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all third-party cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being sent.
  • To opt-out specifically of Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • To opt-out of HotJar analysis, you can follow their Do Not Track instructions.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We encourage the use of GPC. While we work on automated recognition, if you utilize GPC and contact us via email, we will prioritize your request as a formal opt-out of “sharing.”
